Ivy lived in a desert village near an oasis, where shade and water are a rare commodity. She knew the secrets of the beledi dance, and on moonlit nights could be found dancing in the light. Sadly Ivy is no more, as fairies don't live long.

I created Ivy to enter in the MSAT Mini Doll fairy contest. She was mostly a combination of two ideas I had - one for a fairy, one for a belly dancer. She is sculpted entirely of polymer clay, except for her vellum wings. Even her hair is clay!
